Questions
How many robots does my site need?
It depends on your loads, distances and shift patterns. We size the fleet during the site assessment and simulate routes before any robot arrives.
Can the robots travel between floors?
Yes, where the building's lifts are connected through MECS, our elevator control middleware. We confirm lift compatibility during the site assessment.
What happens when the fire alarm sounds?
With MFAS connected, robots receive the alarm signal and move out of exit routes to their configured safe positions.
